My 2 week Sleep Training Programme is for you
- In 2 days you will see improvement in sleep with your baby starting to show signs of self-settling and sleeping longer stretches overnight
- Within 3 days your baby will be on an established daytime routine
- At the 3 day mark your babies night feeding plan will be established whether dropping or keeping feeds
- Within 7 days your baby will be self settling for bedtime
- Within 10 days your baby will be sleeping through the night

- A Comprehensive Sleep Assessment: Before we begin our Sleep Training, I carry out a Comprehensive Sleep Assessment. This information forms the basis of your Bespoke Sleep Plan. Some of the questions include; Sleep History, Medical issues, Parents Emotional Well Being, Babies Temprement, Food and Milk Intake
- A Bespoke Sleep Plan: Your plan includes a detailed overview of your child’s daytime routine, food and milk schedule, Age Appropriate Routine, Nap Training Guide with full instructions on how to teach your baby to self settle for naps, Bedtime Environment Assessment and Guidance, Your Sleep Training Method and how exactly to implement this, how to address every night waking, a night feeding plan and the exact method to fix all Early Morning Wake Ups
- Unlimited phone calls: These are an oppurtunity for us to discuss daily questions, review your baby’s progress, check in with how you and your partner are feeling and the plan for the next 24 hours. We can speak everyday or as little as you want to!
- Unlimited email support: This is an additional layer of communication if you have any questions or want to share anything with me
- 3 Way WhatsApps Group with the Sleep Training Parent/Partner/chosen family member and myself. This is a single point of contact for us to communicate and is open throughout the duration of the 2 weeks. The hours are 9am to 7pm. You have a choice to upgrade for £50 if you would like support until 10pm.
- DAILY!! Milk, Food and Sleep log analysis: Every morning I will review your previous 24 hours and provide you with a detailed review, next steps and any changes you need to make. These are the foundation of our Training where we will see get to track daily progress!
- Lifetime access to my private Facebook group: This gives you access to my Private Facebook Group for all parents who have trained/are training with me. This group will always remain open and you can post any questions, during and after training. Some examples of these include your baby starting nursery or going through a Growth Spurt. Its a wonderful community!
- Bespoke Moving On Plan. Towards the end of the 2 weeks we will have a Completion Call to review overall progress and go through last questions you have for the few years ahead of you! This is where you can get tips on Days out, Holidays, Starting Nursery or any upcoming events you may have.

How it Works
- When you sign up to Sleep Training you will receive an email from me with a Sleep Assessment. You will fill this in and send it back to me. I will then create your Bespoke Sleep Plan
- Once you receive your Sleep Plan and we have gone through any questions we start our 2 Weeks Sleep Training Programme
- I do require a clear Social Diary for the first week of Sleep Training. The second week we can practice some days out and social activities if would like and help build your confidence around this
- This Sleep Training Programme is valid until 31st Januray 2025. This means you can sleep train anytime from now until then!

My Most Common FAQ: I don’t want to leave my baby to cry it out!
Who wants to hear their baby cry? Nobody!! Some parents are ok with a little crying, some are ok with a few more tears and some approach me for non cry based sleep training.
‘Cry it Out’ is one Sleep Training Method called Extinction. This is when you put your baby into the cot and walk out. You do zero checks until 7am regardless of their response.
One of the biggest misconceptions around sleep training is that you have to let your baby cry it out for sleep training to be successful. This couldn’t be further from the truth and I hope over the coming months and years I can reach those mums who are exhausted and spread this message.
Sleep training is in fact the opposite. We respond to your baby and most certainly do not leave them to cry it out!
The trick is knowing how to respond which is exactly what I will teach you!
- As a BACP Register Psychotherapist I have a Regulating Body which I abide by. I follow a Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. What this means is that I cannot force my views on to you and yours/your partners feelings are crucial during the Sleep Training Process. My main priority is supporting you in a way that you are within your comfort levels.
- I do not advocate or encourage cry based methods.
- I have created my own In Room Sleep Training Method which has completely changed the way traditional sleep training responds. This is a supportive and responsive approach where parents have reported fast and effective results!
- I use scientifically evidence based methods which mean that they are age appropriate. For example, I would use gentle hands on supportive methods for younger babies that does not allow them to cry at all and then as we move up ages we are still in the room but more hands off and adapting methods to meet parents values and work with babies temperament
- I habit stack; this means replacing one habit for another whilst we actually prepare for sleep training. This acts as a stepping stone to ease into a gentle sleep training technique.
- My studies have allowed me to look into the science behind human sleep and work with biological rhythms.
- I work with a range of methods from gentle hands on approach right the way through to stay in the room/supportive methods to extinction known as cry it out.
- I combine methods to suit your baby based on your parenting style and your baby’s temperament and needs.
