Evening Home Consult

This is an in depth Home Consult where I will come to your home. We will talk through your sleep plan and together we will put your baby to sleep and I will show you exactly how to use your sleep method.

• 4 Hour Home Visit (Evening Consult covering bedtime)
• Comprehensive sleep assessment
• Personalised sleep plan with your chosen sleep method
• 2 x 30 minute phone calls
• 2 weeks unlimited support via email
• Sleep analysis every 2 days
• Lifetime Access to a Private Facebook Group for clients only
• A range of handouts; everything you will need for your little one’s sleep up until 3 years old
• Home Visits are from 6pm to 10pm.
• Overnight Home Consult: I also offer overnight home consults which means I will come to your home from 6pm to 6am and stay with you throughout the night and show you how to put implement your plan and sleep method.
