I am a mum of 3 girls; 9, 7 and 4. I sleep trained my now 7 year old when she was 4 months old. I had to ask my friend; a Qualified Sleep Consultant to Sleep Train her! Why when I could have done it myself?! SLEEP DEPRIVATION!!! I was completely wiped out and too exhausted to even think about implementing a sleep plan myself and doing a DIY programme!
